Celebrating excellence in performance as Zippos Circus marks 40 years and launches an even more extravagant future

Zippos Circus is thrilled to announce the first-ever Annual Certificate of Excellence, awarded to specialist unicyclist Viktor Gorodetskyy, a Ukrainian national and long-time star of the Zippos stage.

In previous years, Viktor captivated audiences with his signature "Ultimate Wheel" unicycle act—combining precision, athletic control, and showmanship. This year, as Zippos Circus presented its Easter production and celebrated 40 years since the circus first began, Viktor raised the bar again. Alongside his acclaimed unicycle performance, he has added an exceptional plate-spinning presentation, elevating the show with fresh flair and added theatrical energy.

Notably, Viktor performs with his entire family—each member immaculately costumed with perfect makeup, bringing a distinctive unity and visual elegance to the production.

A Third-Generation Performer With a Signature Stage Language

Viktor's connection to circus is lifelong. As a third-generation circus performer, he began performing at the age of three, literally growing up in the ring. Over the decades, he has developed a unique stage language that blends technical mastery, charisma, and a deep understanding of the audience.
